I actually purchased this necklace before I'd even decided I was going to have a spending ban...So it's not 'new' new but new in the sense I haven't worn it on my blog yet! Everything else in this outfit is pretty old... like over a year old? It's amazing how long these jeans have lasted but, oh my days, they get bigger pretty much after every wash. I'm even contemplating just shoving them through the tumble dryer to try and shrink them a bit. Although Topshop Jeans are my favourite for quality and price, the sizing never seems to be right. I have 4 or 5 pairs of jeans all the size on the label, but they all fit differently. It doesn't help much that I'm probably a 31" waist so the 30" is too small and the 32" is too big. I love these boots so much I bought them in brown not long after I got these at the end of last year. I'm only just noticing now that in the picture, the left boot is curled over on my leg.. what a nincompoop!!! << I love that word!!!

The spending ban has gone pretty rubbishly... Instead of spending money on clothes/jewellery/accessories/shoes/DVDs I've spent it on makeup and to be honest I think I may have spent quite a bit! Makeup is now another item which has been added to the 'banned' list otherwise I'll be walking to work for the rest of the month! (I live about 25 miles away from where I work)

On a slightly more positive note - my new fitness regime seems to be going well so far! I work out on Tuesday and Thursday evenings mainly doing a mixture of my 10 minute solutions DVDs and fitness games on the Kinect. Then on a Saturday, and sometimes Sunday, I will go for a run which at the moment isn't timed but as I get more and more confident I will keep some sort of a record. I'm not really sure if I have a target weight/size to reach as such but to be able to fit into my size 10-12 clothes again would be pretty cool.
